About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Associate to join our team at Citigroup Inc. This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in business administration, financial services, and communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage external audits, business continuity activities, and regulatory issues
  • Coordinate and manage activities such as tracking business financials, employee headcount, and other administrative needs
  • Develop and implement communications strategies to promote internal business messaging
  • Advance organization and people strategy goals, including communications strategy, talent strategy, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Drive productivity and cost savings initiatives in partnership with senior management
  • Participate in People Engagement Working Group and promote Voice of the Employee (VOE) communications
  • Develop and maintain communication standards and procedures
  • Develop monthly communications metrics to monitor and measure impact of the communication plan
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role
  • Communications or marketing experience preferred
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of financial services industry
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree preferred
