We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service and Insurance Expert to join our team at HomeServices Insurance.
Job Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day service and support to new and existing clients, ensuring that objectives for profitability and growth are met. This includes supporting sales programs and long-term objectives to enhance business strategy and achieve goals relative to profitability, cost control, and organizational effectiveness.
The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide quotes on current lines of business or line replacements, as well as cross-selling opportunities. Additionally, they will handle claims and billing inquiries, process policy changes and cancellations, and foster good working relationships with insurance companies and underwriters.
Performance Expectations:
The successful candidate is expected to meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management. They will perform responsibilities as directed, achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent work experience and knowledge. A minimum of two years of successful servicing experience with an independent agency is also required.
Knowledge and Skills:
Candidates should possess a Property and Casualty License and have a working knowledge of insurance agency operations, claims handling, coverages, rates, markets, and applicable insurance laws/codes. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
Benefits:

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
