As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our underwriting team at American Collectors Insurance. We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include addressing client needs and concerns via phone and email, maintaining and utilizing a working understanding of underwriting compliance guidelines, answering back-to-back inbound calls, making outbound calls as needed, establishing customer relationships and following up with customers, providing prompt, accurate and friendly customer service, and performing other duties as assigned.

We offer a competitive salary of $43-46k, depending on experience level, and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to delight our customers with superior customer service, cancel and non-renew policies according to procedures, complete necessary documentation quickly and efficiently, follow and adhere to underwriting compliance and service standards while performing changes to in-force policies, conduct risk analysis and evaluate underwriting quality of applicants, meet all production goals, and complete new business applications for existing customers as needed.
