Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Ross Dress for Less. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
  • Support the sales floor team by assisting with merchandise presentation, replenishing stock, and expediting new receipts.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer returns and exchanges.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
