Job Title: Field Services Branch Manager

HEPACO, a Clean Harbors company, is seeking a Field Services Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations of our field services teams. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, cost-effective, and efficient day-to-day management of our field services operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct field services teams to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with district managers to ensure effective communication and coordination between field services teams and other departments.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field services teams to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure field services teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor field services operations and provide feedback to field services teams.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new business opportunities and grow existing business.
  • Manage and control budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in field services operations, preferably in a management role.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing revenue.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct field services teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, field services teams, and other departments.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Ability to manage and control budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the environmental services industry.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Experience with business development and sales.
