Executive Assistant

The EMCOR Group seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Corporate office. This individual will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including telephone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with meeting preparation and company events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist campus department heads and coworkers with ad hoc administrative tasks, utilizing Microsoft Office Word and Excel with intermediate end-user capabilities.
- Prepare for campus meetings by managing the conference room calendar and ensuring supplies are available.
- Assist in preparing company events, including decorating, meal planning, ordering, layout, and event close-out and clean up.
- Greet visitors professionally and notify employees of their arrival, following company protocols.
- Answer incoming and inter-company phone calls and handle them according to company protocols.
- Maintain supplies within copy machines and order consumables as needed.
- Assist with office supply room inventory and organization.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent with at least two years of experience in a professional office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Strong keyboarding skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment:
This position is located in Baltimore, Maryland, and requires reliable personal transportation. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced office environment and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is between $48,000 and $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with health savings and flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability, a 401(k) Savings Plan, College Coach, and employee assistance program.
