Position Overview

The Chief of Staff, CEO will serve as an indispensable partner to the CEO and the leadership team, responsible for orchestrating the efficient and effective operations of the organization.

This role will be instrumental in propelling strategic initiatives, facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration, and optimizing operational workflows to drive the company's success.

The ideal candidate will have the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic landscape, coupled with strategic foresight, to steer our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Direction and Planning and Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the CEO to devise, communicate, and execute strategic initiatives of the company.
  • Undertake strategic projects initiated by the CEO.
  • Coordinate multifaceted projects that demand cross-functional cooperation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overarching objectives.
  • Function as a conduit between departments, expediting information exchange and collaborative issue resolution.

Executive Support:

  • Provide strategic advice to the CEO, furnishing vital insights and recommendations on key decisions.
  • Curate presentations, reports, and briefings for executive conferences and board dialogues.
  • Assist in managing external partnerships and stakeholders, exemplifying the company with professionalism.

Talent Progression:

  • Collaborate in leadership pursuits related to talent management, including recruitment, induction, and professional enrichment.
  • Foster a constructive and inclusive company culture, harmonizing with our fundamental values and mission.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
  • The capacity to quickly learn and master new topics.
  • A demonstrated track record in a senior management capacity, preferably within the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Proficiency in strategic analysis and cogent problem-solving.
  • Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration at all levels of the organization.
  • Verified experience in project management and process enhancement.
  • The ability to navigate an evolving environment and oversee competing priorities adeptly.
  • Exceptional ethical standards, professionalism, and discretion.
