Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Director, Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities in the Northeast, contributing to sales and revenue targets.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop strategic sales plans for target markets and territories.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline to meet sales targets.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality client documents, including proposals and budgets.
  • Manage key client relationships and act as a brand ambassador.
  • Mentor junior business development team members.
  • Provide accurate sales reporting and support commercial leadership as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Life Sciences or Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in business development within Clinical Research.
  • Experience selling to Biotech and pharmaceutical companies.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
