Virtual Client Support Specialist

The Virtual Client Support Specialist plays a crucial role in engaging with customers to provide comprehensive information regarding various programs and services within a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through telephone, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), or web-based platforms, ensuring accurate information is provided.
- Document customer interactions meticulously, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and precision in responses.
- Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring necessary adjustments are made.
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances to appropriate departments for further resolution.
- Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding any potential concerns or needs.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks as required.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
Applicants should possess a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate degree preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information, comply with updated policies and procedures, and interact courteously with a diverse clientele. Strong organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously, and work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required, along with the ability to remain stationary for extended periods and occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds.

- Wired connection with RJ-45 to router.
- Minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps.
Headset Requirements:
- USB Gen 2 or newer port for wired headsets with a microphone.
