Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist policyholders with insurance inquiries, billing, policy updates, and coverage explanations
  • Identify and discuss cross-sale opportunities with existing clients
  • Provide administrative support to agents and office staff as needed
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining records
  • Handle incoming client calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional service
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and other policy-related changes

Qualifications:

  • MUST have an active 4-40 Customer Representative license or 20-44 Personal Lines Agent license
  • MINIMUM of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably in personal lines insurance
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Benefits:

  • Annual salary starting at $40,000 (negotiable depending on licenses and prior experience)
  • Compensation for new business production in addition to salary
  • 80 hours of Paid Time Off after 90 days
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance available
