Director of Sales

We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in Due West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that drive occupancy rates and enhance our community's reputation.

About the Role:

  • This is a leadership position that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
  • You will have the opportunity to build and promote social media activities, develop referral networks, and create engaging content that resonates with prospective residents and their families.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in senior living sales is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (such as marketing or business).
  • Prior experience in senior living sales is preferred, but not required.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow up on leads, close sales, and meet budget and census goals.
  • Develop and lead community outreach programs, including public speaking and presentation development.
  • Document activities and results in CRM software.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, and internal stakeholders.
