Cook Children's Health Care System seeks a skilled Nursing Field Coordinator to assist in the coordination of services to meet patients' care needs.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing and a strong understanding of pediatric care. A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required. Current certifications in CPR and a valid Texas RN license are essential for this role.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care services to ensure seamless delivery of medical treatment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the facility.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years of experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
  • Pediatric experience preferred.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current Texas RN license.
  • Valid Texas driver's license.
Salary and Benefits
