Nursing Care Manager Position

Cook Children's Health Care System seeks a skilled Nursing Field Coordinator to assist in the coordination of services to meet patients' care needs.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing and a strong understanding of pediatric care. A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing is required. Current certifications in CPR and a valid Texas RN license are essential for this role.
Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care services to ensure seamless delivery of medical treatment.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow within the facility.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with 2-3 years of experience in hospital, critical care, or home health nursing.
- Pediatric experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current Texas RN license.
- Valid Texas driver's license.
