We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team in a collaborative practice setting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated healthcare professional to provide high-quality ambulatory nursing care to patients in a fast-paced clinic setting. The successful candidate will work closely with physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s) to deliver patient-centered care, focusing on assessment, intervention, and education.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a clinic or office setting, as directed by physician(s) and/or nurse practitioner(s).
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication.
  • Deliver patient and family education, promoting health literacy and empowering individuals to take control of their health.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in a clinic or office setting, or equivalent experience in a family practice setting with a heavy pediatric population.
  • Current licensure to practice vocational nursing in the State of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
