Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per yearJob Description:Clinical Director Responsibilities
  • Oversee all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals.
  • Identify cost-effective systems needed to support business operations, taking into account business trends, resource availability, and changes in customers.
  • Establish effective working relationships with all constituencies, including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
  • Monitor patient satisfaction data and employee involvement to identify areas for improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a management position.
  • Knowledge of TDSHS, CMS, and Joint Commission standards.
  • Able to make independent sound nursing and management decisions.
