Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator CVICU to join our team at Medical City Arlington. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.

Medical City Arlington is a 435+ bed full-service hospital located in south Arlington. Our services include heart & vascular, brain & spine, emergency and trauma care. We have cancer care, orthopedics, surgical and women's services for our patients. Our team consists of over 1,400 full-time and part-time nurses, therapists, technicians and other healthcare colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care.
- Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.

Requirements
- Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 60 months of employment start date
- 2+ CVICU Experience Required.
- 2- Years in management preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000-$180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
