Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Outreach Specialist to join our team at ServiceNet. As an integral part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in promoting treatment and support for individuals in recovery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide information and strategies to program participants to help them reach their recovery goals. This includes assisting participants in various settings to attain their individualized recovery goals and objectives, working closely with the team to develop treatment plans, and using interventions to restore daily living skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist participants in achieving their recovery goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the team
  • Use evidence-based interventions to teach daily living skills
  • Provide monitoring to promote a safe living environment
  • Transport participants as assigned by program supervisors
  • Complete all required documentation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Experience working with individuals in mental health recovery
  • Valid driver's license and motor vehicle record required
