Job Description:
The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide critical support to an area leader at our corporate office in Sacramento. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills. Key responsibilities include providing administration support, maintaining file systems, reviewing contracts, and collaborating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and document control procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to review, draft, upload, and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with financial teams to ensure alignment between contracts, amendments, and payment provisions.
- Input project information into Deltek, coordinating with project teams to gather and verify project data.
- Modify plans, deadlines, resources, and other relevant details as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in business administration or construction-related positions.
- Advanced computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Experience with project documentation software is preferred.
