About the Job

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Adams and Associates, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the success of our organization by providing exceptional administrative support to our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Finance Department by performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and report preparation.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with cash transactions, including student and staff meal purchases.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing quality services to students and responding promptly to their needs.
  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues from all departments to ensure seamless collaboration and service delivery.
Essential Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, preferably with coursework in accounting/bookkeeping.
  • One year of experience in accounting or a related field, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
