Overview:
This role is dedicated to ensuring facility security and resident safety while adhering to legal standards.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify that all equipment is functioning properly for each shift.
- Receive shift updates and accurately document incidents.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to observe and engage with residents.
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility and organize resident work assignments.
- Execute security measures to maintain control.
- Record disciplinary actions and perform cleanliness inspections.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner and foster positive relations with residents.
- Engage in staff meetings and uphold confidentiality.
- Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One (1) year of general work experience; experience in a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in computer usage are required.
