Key Responsibilities

Overview:

This role is dedicated to ensuring facility security and resident safety while adhering to legal standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Verify that all equipment is functioning properly for each shift.
  • Receive shift updates and accurately document incidents.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to observe and engage with residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility and organize resident work assignments.
  • Execute security measures to maintain control.
  • Record disciplinary actions and perform cleanliness inspections.
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner and foster positive relations with residents.
  • Engage in staff meetings and uphold confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of staff.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) year of general work experience; experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in computer usage are required.
