Nurse Practitioner

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an ambulatory care setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments, make differential diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and other treatments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and coaching to patients and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Current national certification as a Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP)
- State licensure and prescriptive authority
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care setting
