Job Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

At SolutionHealth, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and education to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
  • Provide evidence-based treatments, including medication management and psychotherapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Document patient interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric Mental Health.
  • Current certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Current RN and APRN licensure in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain such license prior to date of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as an advanced practice nurse.
