Donor Center Phlebotomy Specialist

At the American Red Cross, we are committed to helping people in need throughout the United States and around the world. As a Donor Center Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in our mission by collecting lifesaving blood donations from volunteer donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
- Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and friendly environment for donors.
- Ensure that blood donations meet regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience in a public setting.
- Current, valid driver's license with good driving record may be required.
- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
- Prior leadership experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision plans.
