Job Summary:

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Per Diem LPN Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting patients in making referral appointments and performing skilled specimen collections for employees of a private business in Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
Record patient information, including insurance details, and utilize electronic health records.
Discuss and consult health history, diagnosis, and needs with patients on necessary steps for follow-up care.
Work with insurance companies, assisting with billing and coding, and obtaining pre-approval for services.
Maintain relationships with service providers and ensure professionalism in all interactions.
Perform/collect specimens accurately and provide excellent customer service to patients.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a patient care coordinator, receptionist, or front desk staff with medical scheduling experience.
Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
Must have phlebotomy experience and be certified as a phlebotomist.
Valid license and fluency in Creole are required.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision.
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including a booster shot, and bring own laptop/tablet to work.
