Job Summary:

The Microcircuit Emulation Center at SRI International is seeking a skilled Wafer Fabrication Operations Specialist to support the manufacturing of microcircuits on-site in Princeton, NJ. This role offers opportunities to develop knowledge and skills through internal mentoring and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on work in support of manufacturing operations in assigned work areas, following documented and established practices.
  • Operate equipment and execute computer operating software to support daily work tasks, data collection, and information analysis.
  • Work in controlled environmental areas, such as cleanrooms and labs, wearing appropriate protective equipment.
  • Document ongoing and completed work, including daily reports and data presentations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing work experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and computer systems.
  • Past work experience in manufacturing or semiconductors is advantageous.
  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to Government requirements.
