Key Responsibilities:

As a Junior Event Coordinator, your role will encompass:

  • Engaging in thorough training on crafting fundraising initiatives and researching potential benefactors.
  • Building relationships and informing community members through presentations to bolster our charity partner's fundraising endeavors.
  • Ensuring compliance with client protocols when processing donations and maintaining precise records for each contribution.
  • Participating in daily team discussions to share and develop ideas aimed at achieving our collective objectives.
  • Receiving continuous training and mentorship from our leadership and management teams to support your professional development within our organization.
Qualifications:

To be considered for the Junior Event Coordinator position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-2 years in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles involving direct interaction with people.
  • Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for assisting others and collaborating effectively within a team setting.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities to engage with community members and work cohesively with the team.
