**Job Summary**

CJ Logistics America is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Accounting Analyst to provide financial support for our distribution facilities throughout the nation. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for performing monthly business close, daily and weekly support of operations, and developing analyses/reports to present to management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly Business Close: Provide expense accruals, financial analysis, and summaries for leaders, as well as ownership of the P&L for specific warehouse facilities.
  • Daily and Weekly Support of Operations: Review and approve expense Coupa commodity, labor expense, and ongoing operations process improvements, as well as special projects.
  • Trend Analysis and Variance Analysis: Support the Operations team in analyzing trends and completing variance analysis.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Develop analyses/reports and present concisely and insightfully to management.


Requirements and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting-related position.
  • Skills: Highly motivated, detail-oriented Finance professional with strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines during financial close. Independent performer capable of making decisions where appropriate and seeking guidance where appropriate.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills required (written and verbal) for internal and external communications.
