Nestlé Health Science is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager - Engineering to oversee large capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This role involves managing internal and external engineering resources, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage resources, personnel, and funding to ensure project objectives are met.
- Propose and control project costs in accordance with Capital Investment Guidelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Review and evaluate project performance, providing feedback to team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with business principles, regulatory requirements, and Nestlé's Quality System.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Field (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering, with supervisory experience in managing internal and external project team members and/or vendor resources.
- Experience in facilitating change in a manufacturing environment is critical.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
