Job Summary

Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Foreman to lead and manage projects in accordance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers, vendors, sub-contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Procure equipment and supplies needed, plan out projects to minimize costs, and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor and maintain schedules for crew and subcontractors, and document daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, local and state inspectors, and vendors.
  • Travel to project sites as required, and maintain a strong work ethic, detail-oriented, reliable, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor's in a relevant field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to operate heavy equipment (backhoe, trackhoe, skid steer) a plus.
  • Experience installing fuel handling equipment a plus.
  • Must obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse, office, or outdoor environment (gas station or construction site).

Physical Demands

This role is a combination of sedentary and physical. Successful candidates should be able to lift 25 pounds, move across the construction site without stopping, and be able to stand on a job site for an extended period of time if needed.

Travel

Minimal, local travel is expected for this position.
