As an Associate Strategic Account Manager, you will leverage your technical expertise to address customer design challenges and support a diverse array of applications. This role involves collaborating with various teams to influence sales, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Gain practical experience by collaborating with field sales teams to understand the Account Manager role and our business operations.
- Engage with internal teams and product lines to learn how the field sales team operates.

- Develop strategies to expand Renesas' presence within assigned accounts.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Distribution, or a related discipline.
- Preferred candidates will have a cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to balance technical skills with relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficient in managing CRM systems related to territory performance and key performance indicators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in team settings across various functions.
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely project completion.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $56,000 and $85,000, with eligibility for bonus compensation. The final offer will depend on various factors, including geographic location and relevant experience.
