Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of sanitation staff to ensure effective execution of sanitation tasks.
  • Conduct regular facility checks to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the Food Safety Manager to develop and implement the Master Sanitation Plan.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including USDA and GFSI certification.
  • Manage chemical and cleaning supply purchases and vendors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in leading sanitation efforts in a food processing operation.
  • Experience in a facility with high regulatory compliance standards.
  • Passionate about sanitation and committed to food safety.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace.
  • Team leader with a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
