Screen incoming calls; accurately relay messages; respond to inquiries by gathering and providing information, and directing non-routine calls to the appropriate personnel.

Exhibit exceptional communication and time management skills; demonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment; undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by executives.

Manage the Executive's contacts efficiently.

Be responsive to emails, texts, and phone calls, including outside of standard business hours.

Welcome guests of the Executives by greeting them, either in person or over the phone, and addressing inquiries appropriately.

Utilize discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling C-Level matters.

Represent HCLTech and the Executive positively through excellent follow-through and decision-making skills.

Conserve the Executive's time by preparing, researching, collecting, and analyzing information as necessary in advance.

Complete ad hoc projects as required.

Organize complex schedules and calendars, resolving any conflicts that may arise.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Over 10 years of relevant experience in an executive assistant capacity supporting C-Level executives is essential.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.

Ability to communicate effectively and professionally is crucial.

Flexibility in working hours as dictated by business needs for projects and meetings is necessary.

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

Prior experience in the IT sector is advantageous.

Familiarity with IT-related terminology and concepts is preferred.

Possess a strong business acumen to prioritize tasks and make sound judgment calls when necessary.

Commitment to excellence by performing duties at the highest level consistently.

Excellent communication skills to interact confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.

Demonstrate the ability and temperament to handle sensitive information responsibly.

Team-oriented approach with collaborative experience.

Service-oriented mindset dedicated to meeting the expectations of leadership and senior executives by fostering effective relationships.
