Job Summary

Rutgers University is seeking a highly skilled Program Support Specialist to join our team at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of administrative duties and ECHO clinics, including recruitment, onboarding, and analysis of program effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Program Coordinator and Program Director with managing administrative duties and ECHO clinics
  • Develop and maintain project files for reporting to program sponsors
  • Coordinate program-related meetings with internal and external team members
  • Act as a customer service liaison for Project ECHO clinics and participating providers
  • Onboard new ECHO participants through one-on-one discussions and technology training
  • Provide administrative support to other team members as needed
  • Manage vendor contracts, deliverables, and payments
  • Maintain project milestone logs and track status and due dates

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field
  • Three years of progressively more responsible administrative experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
