Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner will provide HR consultation and guidance in the areas of Employee Relations, Total Rewards, and Learning & Development to assigned customer groups in Tustin, CA. The HRBP will build strong relationships with functional leaders, including HR functional leaders, and serve as a trusted advisor for employees, navigating the employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with HR Functional leadership to deliver initiatives and programs related to performance management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation & benefits, and workforce planning.
  • Sensitively and effectively drive change within client groups as appropriate.
  • Leverage the Workday HCM platform to bring actionable people insights to the attention of all levels of leaders, identify patterns, and help facilitate any actions needed that stem from those analyses.
  • Develop and sustain an engaging, employee-centric culture that aligns with our Guiding Principles and fuels business results, leveraging employee feedback survey results and other insights as a guide.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations, and drive toward successful outcomes that align with culture and values.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to people leaders, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support L&D program launches, facilitate presentations, follow up on training, and request feedback as needed.
  • Partner with leaders to identify development needs and work with the L&D team to implement solutions to continue to build individual and organizational capability.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5 years' experience within a multi-unit or multi-site Human Resources Business Partner support role.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
