Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with business leaders to understand their needs and develop strategic solutions to drive business results.
  • Partner with the People team to design and execute strategies for staffing, onboarding, development, motivation, engagement, and retention of talent.
  • Use analytics to guide your work and provide insights to clients regarding their organization, building tactics in response to trends.
  • Lead the implementation of major changes on people and the organization for assigned clients, collaborating with other Business Partners to ensure cross-functional impacts are understood.
  • Deliver outcomes with cross-functional impact, leading and/or significantly influencing teams and/or projects with cross-functional participants.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as an HRBP, with a proven track record of taking initiative, having a sense of urgency, and proactively finding solutions to challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster meaningful connections.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred industry experience in Pharma, Healthcare, or Life Science, with a deep understanding of sector intricacies.
