About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our insurance and financial services products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about our insurance and financial services options, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial well-being.
  • Lead Generation and Appointment Scheduling: Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
