Job Summary

Brown & Brown Insurance Inc is seeking a skilled Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Automotive Business Solutions (ABS) division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless warranty claims processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately process and adjudicate warranty claims based on coverage limits and program guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shops, and manufacturers to resolve issues and provide solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimal performance
