Role Summary

As a Staff Accountant at Salcomp Energy USA, you will be responsible for performing general cost accounting and other related duties for the organization. You will also prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements, and maintain the general ledger.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cost accounting and other related duties.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Maintain the general ledger and perform monthly closing entries.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks.
  • Reconcile cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Understanding of US GAAP and statutory accounting concepts and principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
