PDK International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Accounting Specialist to join our team in the DMV area.

Job Overview:

This role will provide support to the Chief Financial Officer, processing and tracking all activity for federal, state, and private grants awarded to PDK International. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all financial aspects of Federal, State & Private Grants awarded
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Back up for Staff Accountant regarding process all credit card expenses, update the check log, creating all invoicing for curriculum and other lines of business, complete Bank Reconciliations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3-5 years of technical financial Grant experience
  • 3-5 years of general bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Computer literate, including proficiency in the MS Office Suite and Quickbooks
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000 per year, with additional benefits including health, 403(b), and vacation time. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. In your cover letter, please detail your compensation needs and qualifications.
