Role Overview:

We are in search of a proficient Customer Success Manager who will oversee client relationships, manage vendor agreements, and pinpoint upsell and cross-sell prospects. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the market data domain and comprehend the needs of financial and professional service organizations.
