About the Role

Xponential Fitness, a leading boutique fitness company, is seeking a highly skilled Digital Retail Manager to oversee all aspects of e-commerce and retail business for GO and XPASS.

Compensation:

  • We offer a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of e-commerce operations, including budget and revenue management.
  • Maintenance and growth of customer lists, as well as email communication with retail customers.
  • Management of the email system and segmentation of messaging through collaboration with creative partners and agencies.
  • Content upload and briefing of creative teams for inventory showcased on the mall and website.
  • Closely working with logistics and warehouse teams on inventory, promotions, shipment add-ons, etc.
  • Forecasting and managing product buys and merchandising on site.
  • Ensuring accurate and updated inventory feed and merchandising on the website.
  • Monitoring and managing Big Commerce integrations with related applications for exception management, error handling, and resolution.
  • Researching and collaborating with external service providers to enhance retail website functionality.
  • Working with the customer service team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Providing necessary resources to support end customers, including knowledge base articles for common customer needs.
  • Aligning with brand go-to-market plans and developing the seasonal digital retail calendar.
  • Completing detailed monthly recaps for department heads.
  • Developing innovative ways to market the brand digitally and suggesting on-brand promotional offers online.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with Big Commerce, preferably with a track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Netsuite, a plus.
  • Excellent client relationship-building skills.
  • Digital marketing and ecommerce metrics expertise.
  • Product merchandising knowledge.
  • A solid understanding of website and marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google suite applications.
  • Go-to-market planning and execution capabilities.
