Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Knowledge of best practices in student retention and success.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Experience with database management and technology utilization for student support.
  • Understanding of student development theories and methodologies for preventing stop-outs is advantageous.
