Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Arbor Lodging Management. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Assist with taking reservations, pre-registrations, and room blocking
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and amenities
  • Resolve guest issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process payments and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Upsell additional facilities and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Perform all check-out tasks and ensure accurate accounting of guest transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Experience with hotel reservations software and Microsoft Windows
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive and upbeat demeanor
  • Ability to stand for 8 hours at a time and lift 20 lbs. on occasion
