Clerical and Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clerical and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a seasonal basis. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily business activities and efficient operation of the firm during peak seasons.

Responsibilities
- Filing and document management
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Correspondence management and document scanning
- Tax return preparation and electronic tracking system updates
- Administrative support and phone handling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of firm and client information
- Ability to maintain all assigned files so they are current, daily
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effectively communicate through oral and written means
- Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Ability to use office equipment including a computer, copier, and printer
- Ability to work in a team-work environment
Salary Range: $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience.
