We are seeking a skilled and compassionate On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Hospice of Holland Inc. As a key member of our on-call team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families in need of end-of-life support.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to patient and family needs, either in person or telephonically, to ensure timely and effective care.
  • Collaborate with other on-call team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
  • Document and chart patient information to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Michigan.
  • Two years of recent clinical experience, preferably in homecare or hospice.
  • Sound critical thinking and clinical judgment.
  • Knowledge and/or experience in pain symptom management associated with end-of-life care.
