As part of a close-knit, collaborative team, you will always have the support of your fellow colleagues. Please note that this role requires presence in one of the InterWorks offices.


Compensation:
Salary range commensurate with experience and qualifications: $65,000-$90,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients across various sectors.
  • Establish and nurture strong, trusted relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to identify growth opportunities, address concerns, and discuss renewals and proposals.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all clients within your portfolio.
  • Recommend products and services based on value to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong ongoing relationships with selected partners.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Update and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) database to ensure data quality and timely communication records.
