Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Prospective New Clients (PNCs) through various communication methods, including in-person meetings, phone calls, and video conferences, to provide clarity on their situations, inform them about their options with guidance from an attorney, and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in our case management system, documenting all interactions with each PNC throughout the consultation process, including follow-up attempts.
  • Establish our firm as the preferred choice in the market by conducting competitive analysis and staying updated on product trends.
  • Efficiently manage your sales leads and opportunities through the sales pipeline while continuously identifying new target clients.
  • Utilize social prospecting and diverse communication channels to connect with, meet, and follow up with potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and lead generation activities.
  • Finalize agreements by creating, presenting, and negotiating tailored solutions for your prospects.
  • Initiate proactive outreach through cold calls and emails to potential clients, arrange in-person sales meetings, and respond to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for engaging with prospects, delivering presentations, closing sales, and requesting referrals.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in outside sales is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; familiarity with the industry or product is advantageous.
  • A proven track record as a top performer in sales.
  • Motivated by deadlines and details, committed to providing outstanding customer service to prospects, clients, and colleagues.
