Key Responsibilities
  • 50% - Design, execute, monitor, analyze, and enhance Paid Search initiatives across platforms such as Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and various bid management tools like DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, and InsideVault.
  • 20% - Formulate and implement effective bidding strategies and keyword management practices to achieve target acquisition and efficiency benchmarks.
  • 10% - Contribute to the creation of performance reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, identifying and addressing data discrepancies.
  • 10% - Assist in developing testing frameworks, quarterly planning strategies, and identifying business opportunities for implementation.
  • 10% - Facilitate segments of weekly client reporting meetings, effectively communicating key performance indicators, goal achievements, and optimization strategies.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 months to 1+ years of relevant experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.).
  • Strong quantitative skills, including advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • A keen interest in learning about Search Engine Marketing within a thriving team environment.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities to evaluate the effectiveness of SEM initiatives and build upon successes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation
$62,000 - $70,000.

The actual base salary for successful candidates may vary based on skills, experience, training, and other factors.
