Key Responsibilities

- Create strategic testing frameworks aligned with client objectives to optimize both outcomes and learning opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding daily operations and communications.
- Generate and present performance insights and reports tailored for clients, recommending actionable steps to boost results and drive business success.
- Lead the development of innovative A/B testing and experimental strategies to maintain industry-leading intelligence.
- Adopt a holistic marketing perspective, translating business needs into comprehensive media strategies.
- Facilitate internal processes and best practices for team members.
- Oversee the client billing process to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate closely with management to mentor and develop junior analysts.
Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in a performance marketing role focused on SEM.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and/or SA360.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
- A proven track record of success in previous roles.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
