Key Responsibilities
- 50% - Design, execute, monitor, assess, and enhance Paid Search initiatives across platforms such as Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and various bid management tools including DS3, Marin, Kenshoo, and InsideVault.
- 20% - Formulate and implement effective bidding techniques and keyword strategies to achieve acquisition targets and operational efficiency.
- 10% - Generate comprehensive performance reports on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
- 10% - Contribute to the development of testing frameworks, quarterly planning efforts, and the identification and execution of business opportunities.
- 10% - Facilitate segments of weekly client reporting meetings, articulating key performance indicators, goal achievements, and optimization strategies.

- 6 months to 1+ years of relevant experience in Search Engine Marketing (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.).
- Strong quantitative abilities, including advanced proficiency in Excel.

- Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate SEM program effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Excellent organizational capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The salary range for this position is $62,000 to $70,000. Actual salary may vary based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Horizon Media offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, unlimited paid time off (PTO), and various wellness resources.
