- Conduct thorough data evaluations to extract insights that inform campaign enhancements and future strategies.
- Design strategic testing frameworks aligned with client objectives to optimize performance and learning opportunities.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clients, managing daily operations and communications effectively.
- Create and deliver insightful performance reports, offering actionable recommendations to drive business success.
- Lead innovative A/B testing initiatives to maintain industry-leading intelligence.
- Adopt a holistic marketing perspective, translating business needs into comprehensive media strategies.
- Establish and promote internal best practices for team members.
- Oversee the client billing process to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with management to mentor and develop junior analysts.
Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years in a performance marketing role focused on Search Engine Marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads and/or SA360.
- Proficient in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.
- A proven track record of success in previous roles.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, R, or Python.
